Electronic Signature Disclosure

EnFin asks that customers agree to receive and sign documents electronically in order to speed up the financing process.

"Electronic documents" are documents you may complete through a web page and save to your computer or attach to an email. They can typically be printed, but they exist independently in electronic form on a server or on your device.

An "electronic signature" includes any mark, symbol, sound, or process that is written, stamped, engraved, attached to, or logically associated with an electronic document and executed by a person with the intent to sign. Just as you can legally sign a printed document with a mark in ink — your signature or even an "X" — you can sign an electronic document in a similar way: a high-tech encrypted or digital signature, typing your name on a signature line, clicking a button such as "submit," selecting a radio button or checkbox intended to indicate your signature, or replying in an email or document field. If you sign a paper document in ink, then scan and save it electronically, that scanned image is also considered an electronic signature.

Right to Receive Paper Documents

You have the right to receive any document in paper or other non-electronic form. To print a copy of any document, right-click and select "Print," or use your browser's print function.

Right to Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw your consent to sign documents electronically at any time by contacting EnFin through the Contact Us page on its website. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legal validity or enforceability of any electronic documents or signatures completed before the withdrawal — those remain fully valid and enforceable.

Changes to Your Email Address

Please keep EnFin informed of any change to your email address, and notify EnFin or your installer as promptly as possible if it changes.

Minimum Hardware and Software Requirements

To access, open, read, and retain electronic documents, you will need: an active email address; a computer, tablet, or mobile device with internet or mobile connectivity and sufficient storage to save and/or print documents; and a current web browser that supports 128-bit encryption.

Your Ability to Access Disclosures

By proceeding with EnFin's electronic process, you confirm that you are able to access and retain electronic documents using the equipment described above.

Consent to Electronic Signatures and Documents

By proceeding, you provide your electronic consent to receive documents electronically and to sign them using an electronic signature, as described in this disclosure.
